You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an reference number via email.
We require a minimum of 3 Days make your order ( this is not including delivery times ). For full details on time frame required see our F.A.Q. page.
Pricing and Payment: Prices are in Euros. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment online can be made by PayPal / Debit or Credit Card. Upon checkout you can choose to have an invoice emailed to you which you can pay via Debit / Credit Card or PayPal. You can also choose to pay on collection.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

The cardholder shall remain responsible for notifying their issuing bank with any changes in details or fraudulent/not normal activities on their account. We have taken all necessary steps regarding upholding PCI compliance and remain objective in the case of cardholders bearing their own responsibility regarding jurisdiction laws.
You use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the accordance of the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes arising with the Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
Proofs: Shortly after receiving all details from we will email you a proof of wording and layout. It is your responsibility to check that all the details in this proof are correct. We require that you reply in writing via email or text via phone. Should any changes need to be made we will amend and resend your proof to you. Once we receive a final approval from you in writing via email or text via phone we will place your text and / or images on our product. Should you notice an error after receipt of the goods but the finished product matches your final proof which you approved the liability will be yours.
Images: When getting us to place an image on our products please ensure that the one(s) you send are of the best available quality available. We recommend 200 pixels ˂. If you are unsure please send us additional images and we will include the ones we deem to be of the best quality and most suitable in you proof. You can send us images by:
Colours: Please be aware that colours may vary slightly. This may or may not be due to settings on different devices that our website is viewed one. While you may forward on a sample colour we will do our best match it as close as possible however once different materials and methods of colouring are involved colours will not match exactly.
We may refuse to accept an order:
We will dispatch your order within 5 working days of Jennies Candles receiving a final approval from you unless you request a later date.All our products are shipped via courier unless otherwise requested by you the buyer. Deliveries within Ireland are usually next working day. For U.K. deliveries please allow 3-4 working days. After shipping we will send you a text to confirm that the courier company has your package and we will follow this with an email containing track and trace details. Deliveries within Ireland are next day from dispatch. For the U.K. please allow 4-5 working days. It will also contain a link with contact details for the courier firm. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is at the address given to Jennies Candles to deliver the parcel to.
Damages / Refund: Please notify us within 5 working days of receipt of your goods if there is any damage to your goods you we will refund or replace the goods as per your request. Unfortunately should you contact us beyond this time we may not be able to process your claim.
Cancelling an order:
Should you wish to cancel an order, in part or in full, you must do this before a final proof is sent to you. If you cancel an order before you approve the final draft we will refund you in full. You are entitled to a part refund . Once you approve a final draft we will begin to work on your product and hence will be of no use to anyone else. Should you wish to cancel an order after we have started to work on it but it is not completed we will offer you a 50% refund.
